I provide career transition coaching to your employees, My service consists of coaching, as well as support on personal branding and interviews when necessary.

In this area I am also working with Randstad Risesmart. I provide coaching services in Turkey on behalf of the company. In addition to the Gestalt method, I am also fed by the way Risesmart does business.

Competency development for individual or team is just like building muscles. It requires keeping the person or people on the road and in focus and in constant practice.

 

In addition, as the issues have an emotional dimension, the progress is deep and slow.
