You may have some nonfunctional behaviors which makes life difficult or tasteless for you. The most common ones I've seen are:
Not believing in yourself
Desensitizing yourself against difficulty and hard feelings.
Being trapped in behavioral patterns which are learned in the past, without listening to your inner voice,
Moving immediately into action or giving things up without really understanding what is challenging you,
Staying with awareness without moving into action.
These nonfunctional behaviors usually put us in a vicious circles or make us feel stuck. Often we can't get out of it. Our perception shrinks and our sense of fulfillment vanishes.
I predominantly use Gestalt approach in our coaching sessions.
